Seniorbolaget is growing and wants to strengthen its team with expertise to lead work in carpentry, painting, wallpapering, and other ROT work.

Our salespeople work hard, and therefore we need to find staff who can/want to help staff our assignments and at the same time act as a link between franchisees and customers/other employees.

The job includes, among other things:

• assisting in estimating assignments
• staffing from a pool of employees
• ensuring customer contact and that timelines and budgets are followed

All this in collaboration with the franchisee/personnel manager.

Our business idea

Seniorbolaget's main business idea is to employ retirees on an hourly basis who perform work for our customers, such as gardening, carpentry, painting, or cleaning.

To the private market, we primarily sell services that are eligible for ROT and RUT deductions. We also sell services such as property maintenance, janitorial services, and cleaning for companies.

Even though most of our employees are seniors, a certain age is not a requirement to apply to us; however, we have high demands for experience.

We operate in many locations across the country, from Sundsvall to Skåne. Each area has a Production Manager/Franchisee who is locally responsible for operations in that district. Seniorbolaget's headquarters is located in Rönnäng on Tjörn.
